Our Giving Pledge

Putting "love of society"
into a number anyone can check

TrueLink publicly commits: for every purchase you make, we set aside 5% for public good, donated to qualified, legally registered charities. The 5% comes from our own revenue — never an extra charge to you — and every purchase gives back, in profit or loss.
Every amount donated and every recipient will be published here, period by period — a pledge, not a slogan.

How we calculate the 5%

Total Donated to Date

Our first settlement has not yet closed

We pledge to publish the actual amount donated, the donation dates, and the recipient organizations here as soon as the first period is settled. Until then, we will not claim any donation figure that has not yet happened.

Donations & Recipients by Period

No settled records yet

After the first settlement, this section will list, period by period: the donation period, the qualified charity that received it, and the amount actually donated. Names and amounts are backed by official receipts and disclosed in de-identified form.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the 5% based on?
It is 5% of every purchase. The 5% is set aside by TrueLink from our own revenue, and it applies whether the period is profitable or not — as long as there is a purchase, we contribute.
Is the 5% taken from my money?
No. The price you pay is unchanged; the 5% is set aside by TrueLink out of the revenue from that purchase. It is never an extra charge to you.
Why is there no donation amount shown yet?
This is a pledge. We publish amounts only after a donation has actually been made and a recipient receipt obtained; no figures are listed before the first period is settled.
Who receives the funds?
Only charities qualified under Article 36 of Taiwan's Income Tax Act that can issue tax-deductible receipts. The recipient list is published on this page, period by period.
How can I verify you actually donate?
Every donation is backed by an official receipt from the recipient and disclosed here in de-identified form.

This page describes our public-benefit giving pledge and our transparency practice. It is a voluntary corporate social responsibility policy; the contribution rate and details may be amended in reasonable circumstances with notice on this page. It is not tax advice and is not a contractual undertaking to any individual third party.

This is how we live out two of our nine core virtues — caring for society and the planet

We believe what makes a brand worth trusting in the AI era was never only its technology — it's what the company actually leaves behind, and for whom.
