Currently contract / commission-based. TrueLink operates as a boutique strategy hub + hundreds of certified partner ecosystem — we don't carry overhead employees. You maintain your own business / consulting practice and join TrueLink engagements on a per-project or recurring-commission basis. Top performers may transition to equity-track full-time as we scale.
What does the international expansion mission look like?
Stage 1 (2026): Build KYC-verified content database in Chinese market.
Stage 2 (2027): Systematize service delivery + AI automation.
Stage 3 (2028+): Become the world's bridge between humans and AI engines via cross-border KYC verification network — anti-fraud collaboration verifying real humans, businesses, and nonprofits as trusted entities.

Do I need to be technical?
Not strictly. We need you to understand the value proposition — that AI engines like ChatGPT and Google AI Overview cite some brands and ignore others based on E-E-A-T signals. Our free EEAT Guide explains everything. You bring sales / BD / community expertise; we provide the product, technical support, and strategic backing.
What if my country isn't on the list?
Apply anyway. If you have a strong network in a market we haven't listed (e.g., Brazil, India, South Korea), we'll discuss adding it to the roadmap. Underserved markets often have higher first-mover advantage.
